- Top-level fire safety: The coils are vacuum-cast in epoxy resin, making them flame-retardant and self-extinguishing; no toxic gases are released in a fire, fully meeting strict fire regulations.
- Moisture and contamination resistant: The cast coils are completely sealed so moisture and industrial dust cannot penetrate, making them ideal for humid island climates or highly polluted environments.
- Strong short-circuit withstand: Once cured, the resin forms a rock-solid monolithic structure that withstands enormous short-circuit mechanical stress for highly stable operation.

- Flame-retardant and pollution-free: The insulation is a mixture of epoxy resin, quartz powder and other insulating materials, giving moisture resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy and self-extinguishing properties. The epoxy resin does not release toxic gases under the high temperatures of combustion, and since the transformer contains no mineral oil or liquids, it causes no environmental pollution—a highly eco-friendly product.
- Strong short-circuit withstand: The coils are circular and the conductors are embedded in glass-fiber-reinforced epoxy resin, increasing AC and impulse voltage withstand while greatly reducing radial and axial electromagnetic forces on the coils during a short circuit.
- High lightning withstand: A unique HV coil winding technique gives uniform potential distribution and high impulse withstand, meeting the voltage and impulse withstand requirements of IEC or any other applicable standard.
- Low partial discharge: Designed for long-term use, the coils are cast under high vacuum, leaving no voids or bubbles; every HV coil undergoes partial-discharge testing during production for high safety.
- High thermal-shock resistance: Filler-free manufacturing technology provides high resistance to thermal shock, so coils do not crack or deform under drastic temperature changes or intermittent overloads.
- High overload capacity: Cast resin transformers have a large winding thermal time constant, so their short-time overload capability far exceeds other transformer types; forced-air cooling can further increase usable capacity.
- Strong moisture resistance: Because the coils are cast under vacuum, moisture cannot penetrate, making them suitable for high-humidity environments. Even after long storage, they can be energized without drying.
- Easy maintenance: Thanks to their non-absorbent properties and the absence of insulating oil, they can be operated almost maintenance-free.
